You’ve spent years becoming the woman who can handle everything.
Maybe it’s time to find out who you are underneath all of it.
'Return to You' is 1:1 ADHD coaching for ambitious, high-achieving women who are exhausted from tying their self-worth to how much they achieve.
For the woman who looks capable from the outside, but behind closed doors is overwhelmed, constantly comparing herself to everyone else, struggling to switch off and wondering why nothing she does ever seems to feel like enough.
This isn't about making you less ambitious.
It's about helping you understand yourself beyond your achievements, so you can keep pursuing the things that genuinely matter to you without needing them to prove that you matter.
Stop proving you're enough. Start living like you already are.
does this sound like you?
You've Become Very Good At pushing Through
You work hard.
You're ambitious
You're capable.
You've probably achieved quite a lot.

And yet, no matter how much you do, there's always this little voice telling you that you could be doing more.
You finish one thing and immediately think about the next.
You compare yourself to people around you and somehow turn their success into evidence that you're falling behind.
You procrastinate on something you know you're capable of doing, then spend the next three hours bullying yourself for not doing it.
You feel exhausted, but slowing down somehow feels worse.
Because when you're not being productive, achieving, training, helping somebody else or ticking something off the never-ending list...
Who the hell are you?
So you keep going.
Even when you're tired, overwhelmed, and completely out of your depth.
Even when a part of you knows this isn't sustainable long-term.
Because you've spent years learning that pushing harder is what makes you successful.
And somewhere along the way, being successful became tangled up with being worthy.
And That's Why Another Productivity Hack Probably Isn't going to fix this
Maybe you've tried the planners.
The routines.
The habit trackers.
The morning routines.
The podcasts.
The books.
The latest organizational system that you were definitely going to stick to this time.
Some of them might even have helped.
For a while.
But eventually life happened, the routine disappeared and suddenly the system that was supposed to make your life easier became another reason to feel like you'd failed.
Here's what I'm interested in:
Why does not sticking to the routine make you feel like a failure in the first place?
Why does rest feel lazy?
Why do you need to be productive to feel like you've had a “good” day?
Why does somebody else's success change how you feel about yourself?
Why is it so difficult to say no?
Why does making a mistake feel like evidence that you're not good enough?
Why can you achieve something objectively brilliant and barely enjoy it before moving the goalposts again?
Those aren't problems I'd try to solve with another to-do list.
That's the stuff we explore in 'Return to You'.

If your self-worth is constantly being measured against what you achieve, there isn't really a finish line.
There will always be another goal.
Another person to compare yourself to.
Another thing you could improve.
Another version of yourself you think you need to become before you'll finally be allowed to feel good enough.
And that can make it incredibly difficult to actually enjoy the life you're working so bloody hard to build.
I don't want you to stop wanting things.
Quite the opposite.
I want you to know what you genuinely want when you take away the pressure to impress, prove, perform and keep up.
Because ambition feels very different when it comes from:
“Holy shit, I really want to see if I can do this.”
rather than:
“I need to do this or I'm a failure.”
INTRODUCING
'ReturnTo You'
1:1 ADHD Coaching designed to help you reduce overwhelm, rekindle your energy, and break free from the pressures of performance

Return to You is a space for us to slow things down and get properly curious about you.
Your ADHD, patterns, emotions, relationships, ambitions, and your identity.
The things you keep doing even though you don't entirely understand why.
And the things you've spent years judging yourself for.
There isn't a rigid fifty-step process where we ultimately transform you into a whole new person with all of the productivity hacks and organisational skills you could ever need.
Because that’s not realistic, and it sounds like a shit-ton of pressure that, let’s be honest, you really don’t need.
And I don't think you need another person telling you who you should be either.
Instead, we'll explore what's actually happening in your life, notice the patterns underneath it and work together to understand what makes sense for your brain, your values and your world.
Sometimes that will involve practical strategies.
Sometimes we'll pull apart a belief you've held for years.
Sometimes I'll ask a question that seems completely unrelated and you'll wonder what the hell I'm talking about.
Bear with me.
And sometimes you'll hear yourself answering one of my questions and suddenly think:
“Ohhhhh. Shit.”
Those are some of my favorite moments.

Your coaching is individual to you, but conversations might include things like:
ADHD overwhelm and procrastination
Burnout and your inability to just. freaking. Stop
Perfectionism and comparison
People pleasing and boundaries
Rejection sensitivity (RSD) and emotional overwhelm
Identity and unmasking
Confidence and self-trust
Relationships and belonging
Exercise, sport and performance
Guilt around rest
The relationship between achievement and your self-worth.
But we're not exploring these things simply because they're interesting.
Understanding creates choices.
When you understand why slowing down feels threatening, you can start changing your relationship with rest.
When you recognize why somebody else's success makes you feel inadequate, you can start questioning the comparison rather than automatically believing it.
When you understand what sits underneath your procrastination, you can respond to yourself with something more useful than
“For God's sake, why can't I just do it?”
And when you begin recognizing the difference between wanting to achieve and needing to achieve to feel worthy, you can start making decisions from a completely different place.
What's Included?
Here's What to expect
Both options include:
1 × 90-minute initial coaching session
Our first session gives us a little more time to understand what's happening for you right now, what has brought you to coaching and what you'd like to explore.
You absolutely do not need to arrive with a beautifully articulated coaching goal.
“Everything feels like a complete mess and I don't know where to start” is a perfectly acceptable starting point.
Weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Your sessions aren't based around a predetermined curriculum.
We'll work with what's actually happening in your life, explore patterns as they emerge and begin turning what you're learning about yourself into meaningful changes outside our sessions.
Gentle WhatsApp support Tuesday–Friday
A space for brief check-ins, reflections and things that come up between sessions. This isn't 24/7 access or voice-note coaching, and neither of us needs another reason to feel permanently available.
It's simply somewhere to capture things while they're happening and support the work we're already doing together.

'for me, these sessions have been more valuable than i can put into words.'
Working with Tee through 1:1 coaching has transformed the way I think about, and approach things. She creates an open and safe environment to be able to talk freely through how difficult things can be with an ADHD brain. She has always made me feel that my feelings are vaild, and she understands all aspects of ADHD. She is empathetic, kind, supportive and patient in her approach, and helps to normalise the struggles of ADHD that people don't see or understand.
Sessions are calm and structured, with space to talk, but also time to reflect and explore strategies to consider putting in place. I have struggled silently with things relating to ADHD for so many years, and can honestly say that step by step, Tee has helped me to finally feel like I understand myself better, and that it is okay to talk about how hard things are with ADHD without feeling embarrassed.
I value so much the time Tee has invested in me, and how much she has helped me on this journey - for me, these sessions have been more valuable than I can put into words.
If you are looking for a coach that truly understands ADHD, then I cannot recommend Tee highly enough.

I'm not going to promise that you'll finish coaching as a perfectly organized woman who wakes up at 5am, drinks three liters of water, meditates every morning and never procrastinates again.
Firstly, unrealistic.
Secondly, that sounds horrendous - the 5am club is not something I ever find myself wishing I was a part of.
The changes we're looking for are often deeper than that.
You might begin to notice that you:
Understand your ADHD and your individual patterns more deeply
Recognize overwhelm earlier and know what you actually need
Respond to procrastination with curiosity instead of immediately calling yourself lazy
Rest without spending the entire time mentally listing everything you should be doing
Set boundaries with more confidence and less guilt
Compare yourself less and question what success actually means to you
Feel safer being vulnerable and more like yourself around other people
Understand who you are outside your career, training and achievements
Trust yourself and your decisions more
Have more energy for your relationships and the parts of life you actually enjoy
Recognize when you're pursuing something because you genuinely want it - and when you're pursuing it because you need the validation
Keep being ambitious without repeatedly pushing yourself into the ground
